Have you ever called a friend on the phone and knew instantly that something was wrong, or that they were in a bad mood? When customers and prospects call you, they can usually tell easily just as easily what kind of mood you are in.

So, do yourself a big favor. Before you answer the phone, take a deep breath and exhale.

Then, when you answer, SMILE!

Your customers will hear the smile in your voice, and hearing your good mood will make them feel more confident about you.
